10A Manner of giving notices etc
A notice or document required or authorised to be given to a person under this Act may be—
given to the person personally; or
sent by post addressed to the person at the last known place of residence, employment or business of the person; or
transmitted by email to an email address of the person (in which case the notice or document will be taken to have been given or served at the time of transmission); or
given in any other manner prescribed by the regulations.
If service in the manner set out in subsection (1) is not reasonably possible, a notice or document required or authorised to be given to a person under this Act may be given to the person through any available method of communication.
