30 Annual report
(1)
A statutory corporation must, on or before 30 September in each year, prepare and present to the Minister a report on the operations of the statutory corporation during the financial year that ended on the preceding 30
June.
(2)
The report must incorporate the audited accounts and financial statements of the statutory corporation.
(3)
The Minister must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report under this section, have copies of the report laid before both Houses of
Parliament.
