32 Power to enter land
(1)
A person authorised in writing by the Minister to do so may enter land and conduct a survey, valuation, test or examination that the Minister considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of this
Act.
(2)
A person must not enter land under this section unless the person has given reasonable notice of his or her intention to do so to the occupier of the land.
(3)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder a person in the exercise of a power under this section. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 6 fine.
(4)
This section does not limit a power conferred by or under an agreement or mortgage, or by or under another Act or law.
