8 Salary of Valuer-General
(1)
The Valuer-General will be paid such salary and allowances as the
Governor may from time to time determine.
(3)
The salary and allowances referred to in subsection (1) are a charge on the Consolidated
Account which is to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
