25 Functions
The functions of the Executive Officer include—
(a)
to establish and maintain the registers contemplated by this Act; and
(b)
to manage the staff of the Board; and
(c)
to give effect to the policies and decisions of the Board; and
(d)
to receive referrals from the Board of certain complaints made about the conduct of veterinarians and to deal with them in accordance with Part 7Division 3; and
(e)
to carry out other functions assigned to the Executive Officer by or under this Act or by the Minister or the Board.
