39 Recording and notification of outcome of first assessment
(1)
The coordinating medical practitioner must notify the person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying of the outcome of the first assessment.
(2)
Within
7 days after completing the first assessment, the coordinating medical practitioner must complete the first assessment report form and give a copy of that form to the Board.
