25 Vesting of undertaking in SA Water
(1)
The whole of the undertaking, and all materials and things which form part of the undertaking, vested in SA Water by operation of section 14 of the relevant Act will continue to be vested in and held by
SA Water (for as long as it thinks fit) and may be used by
SA Water for the purposes of this or any other
Act.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not limit or affect the vesting of any property (or interest in property) in SA Water under any other
Act or law.
