34 Register of licences
(1)
The Commission must keep a register of the licences currently held by water industry entities under this Act.
(2)
The register must include—
(a)
the terms and conditions of each licence; and
(b)
other information required under the regulations.
(3)
A person may, without payment of a fee, inspect the
Register.
