41 Appointment of water industry officers
(1)
A water industry entity may, subject to conditions or limitations determined by the Minister, appoint a person to be a water industry officer for the entity.
(2)
A water industry officer may only exercise powers under this Act subject to the conditions of appointment, any limitations imposed by the
Minister, and any directions given by the relevant water industry entity.
