79 Power to require information or documents
(1)
An authorised officer may require a person to provide information in the person's possession relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act.
(2)
An authorised officer may require a person to produce documents in the person's possession that may be relevant to the administration or enforcement of this Act for inspection by the authorised officer.
(3)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement under this section. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(4)
This section does not limit the operation of any other provision of this Act.
