86D Report to Minister
(1)
The regulator must, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, deliver to the Minister a report of the work carried out by the regulator under this Part during that financial year.
(2)
The Minister must cause a copy of the report to be laid before both
Houses of Parliament within 12 sitting days after receipt of the report.
