86ZP Regulated operator's duty to supply information and documents
(1)
The regulator may, by written notice, require a regulated operator to give the regulator, within a stated time or at stated intervals, specified information or copies of specified documents related to the regulated operator's water/sewerage service business.
(2)
A regulated operator must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene, or fail to comply with, notice under this section. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $60 000.
