15 Officers and employees
(1)
There will be—
(a)
a chief executive officer of the Trust; and
(b)
such other officers and employees of the Trust as are necessary for the administration of this Act.
(2)
Officers and employees of the Trust will be appointed by the Trust on such terms and conditions as the Trust may determine.
(3)
Officers and employees of the Trust are not employed in the Public Service of the State.
(4)
The Trust is declared not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth.
