18 Hindering of wardens etc
(1)
A person must not hinder a warden, or a person assisting a warden, in the exercise of powers or functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(2)
A person must not use abusive, threatening or insulting language to a warden, or a person assisting a warden, in the exercise of powers or functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(3)
A person must not assault a warden, or a person assisting a warden, in the exercise of powers or functions under this Act.
Maximum penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
