32 Implementation of plan of management
Where the Minister has adopted a plan of management in relation to a wilderness protection area or wilderness protection zone—
(a)
the provisions of the plan must be carried out in relation to that area or zone; and
(b)
operations must not be undertaken in relation to that area or zone unless those operations are in accordance with the plan of management.
