19 Training
(1)
A person who has completed a course of training approved for the purposes of section 31A of the repealed Act will be taken to have completed any training required under section 85(6) or 90(4) of this
Act.
(2)
Subclause (1) will cease to apply at the expiration of 12 months after the relevant day (and any relevant course of training under the repealed
Act will then cease to have effect for the purposes of this Act).
