45 Insurance cover for youths performing community service or other work orders
A youth who is required to perform community service or other work pursuant to an order or undertaking under this Act or the Young
Offenders Act must be insured against death or bodily injury arising out of, or occurring in the course of, performance by the youth of that community service or work.
