23 Authorised deposit-taking institution accounts
The Council must open and maintain at least one account in an authorised deposit-taking institution in this State.
The Council must pay any money received by it into the account referred to in subsection (1).
Payment of money into the account referred to in subsection (1) is taken to be a payment of money into the Aboriginal Land Council of Tasmania Fund.
