13 Rules of Court
Rules may be made under the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 with respect to the hearing and determination of any proceedings transferred to or from the Supreme Court under section 11.
Rules may not be made under subsection (1) on any matter in respect of which any regulations made under section 14 are in force.
