45 Natural parent's right of access after consent
A parent of the child who has given consent to the adoption of the child may, notwithstanding that the Secretary is the guardian of the child under this Division but subject to subsection (2), visit the child during the period during which the consent may be revoked.
The Secretary or the principal officer of an approved agency may, by notice in writing given to a parent who has given consent to the adoption of a child, restrict the occasions on which or times at which that parent may, under this section, visit the child.
