14 Applications for assessment of suitability to adopt by natural relative, &c.
The spouse of a natural parent of a child, the spouse of an adoptive parent of a child or a relative of a child may apply to the Secretary for assessment of the suitability of the spouse or natural relative to adopt the child.
An application for assessment of the suitability of a spouse or relative to adopt a child is to be – in writing; and in accordance with Form 1.
