6 Sprayer prohibited from spraying before receiving information
A person who is employed or contracted to carry out agricultural spraying on any premises –
of a prescribed agricultural chemical product or class of agricultural chemical product; or in a prescribed manner –
must not carry out the agricultural spraying if he or she has not received the prescribed information the occupier of the premises is required to provide under clause 4.
