35C Determination of application
After considering the matters referred to in section 35B, the Secretary is to – grant an application under section 35A; or refuse to grant the application.
On refusing to grant an application under section 35A, the Secretary is to notify the applicant in writing of that refusal and the reasons for the refusal.
