29 Applications for licences
An institution may apply to the Minister for a licence authorizing the institution to carry out animal research.
An application is to – be in writing; and state the general nature of the animal research carried out or to be carried out by that institution; and contain any other details the Minister may require; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
