Infringement notices

In force

For the purposes of section 43A of the Act –

an offence specified in column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as an offence for which an infringement notice may be served; and a penalty specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as the penalty for a natural person for the corresponding offence in column 1 of the table; and a penalty specified in column 3 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as the penalty for a body corporate for the corresponding offence in column 1 of the table.
