12 Other offences
A person must not fraudulently or dishonestly obtain, or attempt to obtain, information about another person's annulled conviction from an official criminal record. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
A person must not take an annulled conviction into account for a purpose not authorised by this Act. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
