The Tribunal may publish any of its decisions made under or in relation to this Act, including decisions made at a directions conference referred to in section 80.

In publishing a decision under subsection (1) other than a decision made at an inquiry held in public under section 85(1), the Tribunal is to ensure that the identities of the parties to the complaint to which the decision relates are protected.
