76 Resolved complaint
The Commissioner or an authorised person is to record the terms of any agreement reached to resolve a complaint.
The record made by the Commissioner or authorised person is to be signed by each party.
The Commissioner or authorised person is to – provide a copy of the record to each party; and hold the original record on file.
An agreement is enforceable as if it were an order made by the Tribunal under section 89(1).
