This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2025.
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2025.
For the purposes of this Act –
Capital Services means – public works or property required for public purposes; or a loan authorised by law;
Operating Services means the ordinary annual services of the Government.
In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2026, the Treasurer may – issue the sum of $58 241 000 out of the Public Account; and apply that sum for the services of the Government.
The sum specified in subsection (1)(a) is appropriated.
The sum specified in section 4(1)(a) is to be applied for the purposes specified in Schedule 1 and detailed in the agency information in support of the estimates for the financial year ending on 30 June 2026.
This Act expires on 30 June 2027.
