In the case of a person who is registered as an architect in accordance with Part IV, the Board may, on the application of an architect and on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a certificate of registration in relation to the architect.

A certificate of registration issued under subection (1) is to be in the form approved by the Board.

A person must, as soon as practicable after ceasing to be an architect, return to the Board a certificate of registration in relation to the architect. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.

In the case of a person who is an architect by virtue of holding deemed registration, the Board may, in a form approved by the Board, issue a certificate of registration to the person specifying any information that the Board considers relevant.

If any of the information specified in a certificate of registration in accordance with subsection (4) changes, the architect must, within 14 days after the change, notify the Board, in writing, of the change. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
