Architects Act 1929

The Board, by notice in writing under the hand of the chairman, may summon any person to attend before the Board for the purpose of being examined with respect to any matter within the jurisdiction of the Board.

Any person duly summoned as aforesaid who does not attend after reasonable expenses have been paid or tendered to him or her, or refuses to be sworn or to make a statutory declaration, or to answer any lawful question, shall be liable to a penalty of 125 penalty units.
