108 References to receipt of moneys
In this Division, a reference to an amount of money received by a person in accordance with a relevant judgment or settlement is to be taken to be the amount obtained by deducting from the amount of money so received –
any amount received in accordance with that judgment or settlement in respect of legal costs; and any amount paid by the person in respect of legal costs incurred by the person in respect of the action for damages to which the relevant judgment or settlement relates.
