12 When person is a worker
For the purposes of this Act, a person is a worker if the person is engaged or works under a contract of service or training contract with an employer.
Subsection (1) applies in relation to a contract of service whether the contract is or was express or implied, oral or in writing.
Subsection (1) applies in relation to manual labour, clerical work or otherwise.
