131 Exclusive jurisdiction of Tribunal
Proceedings in respect of compensation under this Act, or the payment of expenses under this Act, may not be brought before any person, court or tribunal other than the Tribunal.
Subsection (2) does not apply to appeals to the Supreme Court in respect of any proceedings before the Tribunal.
