167 Policyholders and self-insurers liable to pay levy

If the Minister has determined under section 166(1) a levy in relation to a financial year, each policyholder is required to pay, in accordance with section 168, the percentage, specified in the determination of the levy under section 166(1), of the premium payable by the policyholder for policies of insurance under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 in the financial year.

If the Minister has determined under section 166(1) a levy in relation to a financial year, each self-insurer is required to pay, in accordance with section 169, the percentage, specified in the determination of the levy under section 166(1), of the notional premium payable by a self-insurer under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 in the financial year.
