50 Register of suitably qualified medical practitioners
The Commissioner must establish and maintain a register of medical practitioners who are suitably qualified and willing to be selected for a medical panel for the purposes of this Act.
A medical practitioner is suitably qualified if he or she is a specialist in a field of medicine in which asbestos-related diseases occur.
