12 Application of State Service Act 2000 limited

The office of Auditor-General is not an office under the State Service Act 2000.

The State Service Act 2000 applies in relation to the Auditor-General to the extent that that Act confers powers or imposes functions on the Auditor-General – as Head of Agency in his or her capacity as an employing authority; or under section 18 of that Act.
