12 Withdrawal of target application

A person who has made a target application may withdraw that application at any time before the application is referred to the Council under section 13(1).

The withdrawal of a target application shall be effected by the making of a request for withdrawal to the Authority in writing signed – in the case of an application by a natural person – by the person who signed the application or by the legal personal representative of that person; or in any other case – by the person who signed the application or by a person authorized by the applicant to sign the request.
