Contempt of Commission

In force

A person shall not – obstruct or hinder a Commission or a Commissioner in the conduct of an inquiry; or disrupt a hearing before a Commission. Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.

An offence against subsection (1) is punishable on summary conviction.
