112 Variation of group permit
A relevant decision-maker may, at any time, vary a group permit by written notification.
A variation of a group permit under subsection (1) may be made – on the relevant decision-maker's own initiative; or at the written request of a person.
A variation of a group permit under subsection (1) may include, but is not limited to – the imposition of a new condition on the permit; or the extension of the duration of the permit; or the substitution or amendment of a condition on the permit; or the removal of a condition from the permit.
