13 Meaning of carrier
In this Act, a carrier means any thing (other than a human), whether alive, dead or inanimate, that has or is capable of having biosecurity matter on it, attached to it or contained in it.
For the avoidance of doubt, a carrier within the meaning of subsection (1) may include any object, or thing, carried or worn by a human.
