145 Accreditation audits
An accreditation audit is an audit that is performed in respect of a person –
to determine whether the person is eligible – to hold biosecurity registration, a permit or accreditation under this Act; or to be appointed as a biosecurity auditor under this Act; or to assess whether the person is capable of complying, or is reasonably likely to comply, with this Act.
