Form of declaration of matter

In force

A declaration under this Division takes effect – on the day on which notice of the declaration is published in the Gazette; or such later date as is specified in the notice so published.

A declaration under this Division ceases to have effect – on the date specified in the notice so published; or on the expiry of the period specified in the notice so published; or if no such date or period is specified in the notice, on the revocation of the notice.
