Failure to comply with requirement

In force

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement made of the person by an authorised officer performing a function under this Act.

In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units.
