263 Appeals relating to individual biosecurity directions
A person given an individual biosecurity direction may appeal to the Appeal Tribunal against – the biosecurity direction; or any requirement in the biosecurity direction.
Despite subsection (1), no right of appeal lies against – a general biosecurity direction; or an emergency biosecurity direction.
