32 Functions of authorised officer
Unless otherwise specified in his or her instrument of appointment, an authorised officer is authorised to perform the functions of an authorised officer specified in this Act and, in particular, the functions specified in Part 4.
Nothing in this Act authorises or requires an authorised officer to act in contravention of the conditions or limitations of his or her appointment as an authorised officer.
