82 Variation of biosecurity registration
The Secretary may, at any time, by written notice to a registered entity, vary the biosecurity registration of the registered entity.
A variation of biosecurity registration under subsection (1) may be made – on the Secretary’s own initiative; or on the application of the registered entity.
A variation of biosecurity registration under subsection (1) may include – the imposition of new conditions on the biosecurity registration; and the substitution of an existing condition on the biosecurity registration; and the omission or amendment of an existing condition on the biosecurity registration.
The regulations may prescribe for the variation of biosecurity registration, including applications for such a variation and fees payable for such applications.
