42 NLIS administrator
The Secretary may approve an entity to be the NLIS administrator for the purposes of the regulations.
The approval of an entity to be the NLIS administrator under subregulation (1) – is to be in writing; and is subject to any terms and conditions that the Secretary considers appropriate; and may be revoked for any reasons that the Secretary considers appropriate.
