17 Operation of a quarantine place
The operation of a quarantine place is prescribed as a regulated dealing for the purposes of section 17(1) of the Act.
The owner, occupier or person in charge of a quarantine place is taken to be the person responsible for the operation of the quarantine place for the purposes of this regulation.
