29 Declared pests
Any –
declared weed within the meaning of the Weed Management Act 1999; or pest, List A pest or List B pest, all within the meaning of the Plant Quarantine Act 1997; or vermin within the meaning of the Vermin Control Act 2000; or noxious fish within the meaning of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995; or controlled fish within the meaning of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 –
that is in existence immediately before the commencement of this regulation, and has not been declared prohibited matter, is taken to be a declared pest for the purposes of these regulations.
